Legionnaires’ disease is very serious because it can be deadly and because it spreads easily in a wet, warm environment. This is a serious crisis for Aria hotel, and could cause some guests to be afraid to stay at the hotel.
Only four hotel guests were treated for the disease, but many more may have been exposed from June 21 to July 4.
